if a boy or girl is infertile is there no way what so ever for them to like get fixed?

there has to be like some way with science and stuff to fix it??

there is a way to fix it 4 women. threes these injections called IVF.there basically female hormones that they inject in2 themselfs.

but for men there is'nt...well not that i know of any way

Depends on the reason for the infertility...There are a number of factors that can effect a persons fertility and most can be helped but not necessarily fixed. I have PCO and though I will never be cured, I am taking Meds that can help me conceive.

If the man or woman is totally infertile, not producing any sperm or eggs AT ALL then the only option would be donor IVF where they use donor eggs and donor sperm, fertilize them in the test tube, and then insert the fetus into the uterine wall.

However, before that extreme measure, there are a bunch of things that can be done to help with fertility issues. There are medications, injections and a wide variety of surgeries and procedures that can help both women and men.

Eating healthily and looking after your body and mind is the best way to ensure that you stand the best chance for future fertility. Hope this helps!
