I have one of them spots where it feels like a bruise and just red?

how can i get rid of it before it turns into a big whitehead? it just feels like a bruise, and quite noticable because it's a red lump.

I've tried toothpaste to dry it out but i bet ti still flares up again.

just wash it everyday with soap and water. Thats all you can do. I have one on my neck, and i completely understand, but DONT POP IT!!!!!! it can turn into a puss filled ball and can stay for months.
