I have one of those huge remotes and i am trying to program it but i lost the paper. can you help?

I tried to look it up online but that was no help at all. the brand of the remote is " living solutions" nad the brand of my tv is "sylvania"

THATS WHAT I WOULD DO, GO TO LIVING SOLUTIONS REMOTE CONTROLS, ONLINE AND LOOK FOR CONTACT US ON THE PAGE AND GET A PHONE NUMBER AND GO FROM THERE,THEY CAN PROBABLY GIVE YOU THE CODES YOU NEED. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, JUST GO GET ANOTHER UNIVERSAL REMOTE FROM WALMART FOR $15.00.

I have to agree with Harley.  I did an online search (using Google) for Living Solutions Remote Control and found a link for what you're looking for.

In fact, the codes for Sylvania TVs (there are a LOT of them) seem to be:

044, 046, 069, 072, 073, 075, 080, 087, 104, 105, 112, 114, 117, 118, 119, 140, or 153.

Manually turn on your TV.

On your remote, press and hold the TV button for at least 3 seconds.  the power indicator on the remote will light up.

You now have 30 seconds to enter the code.  When you've entered the code, the power indicator will turn off.

Press the Power button on the remote.  If the code was the proper one, your TV will shut off.  If not, repeat the process with the next code listed above.
