  1. Hello,

(ANS) NO!! NO!! NO!! if you only have a provisional drivers license.

No1 you MUST BE INSURED of that there is absolutely no question, no argument !!.

Note: If your not insured & you get stopped by the police which is high risk then you will be prosecuted i.e. its an offense. The scooter might also be taken off you & crushed too?

No.2 You CANNOT cannot drive the scooter on UK roads until you have passed your test that's just a fact. Same goes for car drivers too.

***You must have a FULL license & be fully insured before you can drive on UK roads otherwise its illegal.

    Ivan.

  2. As above, you must pass a compulsory basic training (CBT) test - ask at your local bike dealer, this takes a day & costs around £100. You can then get insurance, and you'll be allowed to ride with L plates for up to two years, or until you take a full bike test.

  3. the only test you need to pass,,but its not really a test as everyone passes is the CBT...

  4. NO YOU CAN"T you MUST pass a cbt

    compulsory basic training

that's exactly hat it is compulsory when you have this there are still rules you must obied to

    NO pillions

    Must always display L plates

    ETC ETC

check out your local yellow pages there are always lots of riding centre's in your local area's you may even get a course booked for the weekend Happy Riding

  5. Get on and drive.

  6. you have to go on a course for a day,if you pass, you recieve a certificate which allows you to drive on the highway for 2 years then you have to take the highway test to get a full motor cycle licence, you are only allowed to ride up to a certain cc until you pass your test.
