I have only lino on my floors, about 1000 sq. ft. worth, and i need a new vacuum cleaner, am really interested

in the DYSON brand. does any one have anything-good or bad to tell me about? and does the upright work as well on lino floors as the canister type? please, i need honest answers!! also, i love my H2o mop, they also have an H20 water-filter vacuum-any one have one and love it?? thanks!

Have to agree with Scott.  Dyson is a terrific vac.  I have one, and LOVE it.  On a scale of 1 to 5,  I give it a 9 !!!

No belts - no bags - and he's right, I can take it apart almost down to the guts, give it a good cleaning, and voila! new vacuum cleaner (at least it looks like new!).

I can tell you from selling Dyson that the customer service is out of this world. They help customers as if you are the only one out there. Dyson is one of the highest ranked, highest quality models out there. Most units are made to be completely dismantled and cleaned then reassembled should you wish. In 4 years I have yet to see one customer complaint.

From the service standpoint alone I would choose Dyson over any other brand.
