I have ordered a new comp with TV/PVR and FM tuner. How does it work and how do i hook it up.?

You'll get a book with your tv that will give you many options.  I'll just give you two ways.  

If you run your cable box and/or dvd player to the amp and then to the tv, so you can listen to surround sound, you'll always have to have the stereo on to watch tv.  

I run the dvd to my stereo but use a splitter to bypass the stereo with both my tivo and cable box so I can just use the TV as a tv.
