There is no definite time frame for delivery. There are different shipping methods which the cheapest is the slowest. Parcel Post , even within the same state can take 9 business days. Since you have a tracking number I wouldn't worry too much. First class mail even can take a week or longer even within the same state. 5 days is nothing to be concerned about.
