I have ordered a product and havent recieved it what do i DO?

Bought item, havent recieved it and the company is ignoring my emails

File a claim with the Better Business bureau, where you can file a claim and they will get i contact with the company to try and get your product.  Follow the link, and click on the left hand side where it says FILE A COMPLAINT:

Also, how did you pay for the item?  If you used a credit card or Paypal, you can contact them and file a complaint what your goods weren't recieved.

Find out there address and let the Gov. do their thing

If you use paypal (always a good idea) they have dispute resolution, and will cancel payment if the company doesnt respond or give a reasonable response.
