I have overstayed in USA ( F1 visa) for 4months ?

I have overstayed in USA ( F1 visa) for 4months and left voluntarily to my home country...But, My visa was terrminated and i have overstayed by 4 months.

Now, I plan to obtain tourist visa for CANADA( not USA).

i HAVE USA VISA IN MY PASSPORT.tHERE IS NO BAD MARKINGS LIKE DEPORTATION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ,MARKED IN MY PASSPORT.

Will the canadian consulate officers in my home country will ask about my details to USA consualte when I apply for toursit visa to CANADA?

  1. yes they will. all such information about usa is available to canadians also.


  2. I'm pretty certain you'll be fine, if anything they may just ask you your reason for over staying and no more will be mentioned as you left with out any legal action taken against you.  Good Luck

  4. No they will only access your eligibility for their visa and will not interested to check your background    in USA .
