I have paid in full a gym membership and i am moving to another state and cant use it what are my rights there

Ask or you can sell your membership, if this is transferable, if not, nothing you can do, I know this money not refundable, read your contract.

Just tell them your situation and they should be ok with cancelling it, and there is usually and cancelation fee

What you have to understand is not

all Gym Clubs have branches everywhere.

Most may have one more withing their city

some two or three, but thats it.

Each one is owned by different people. So if

you Buy a Baby's Cot .  And in a few months

your moving to another state....you cannot

return it and get your money back.

Once you payed for something thats it.

Your only other hope is sell it to someone

else with the permission of the club.

You should look at the fine print on the agreement you signed at your gym.  It will tell you what you have agreed to.
