  1. poor circulation or in need of potassium

  2. I had this once but it went away after a week or two, but go ahead and stretch them, if you dont know how: Get your hands and feet on the ground; legs and arms straight facing the floor and try to touch your heels to the ground while keeping your legs straight..also you need to work out your calves more try doing some work-out that involves calf excercises, maybe running? If that doest work, jump-rope, roller blading/skating will help or some sport that involves leg movement and footwork like football, basketball or any kind of martial art will do, i hope i've helped at all haha.

  3. Are you drinking enough water? Perhaps it's poor circulation? Try stretching your claves every so often to loosen up that muscle.

  4. If it's actually causing you to fall down, I think you should go to a doctor and get a professional opinion and treatment options.
