  1. Tell your parents.

if you havnt started your piriod then maybe its from that?..

  2. ankylosing spondylitis ,

  3. ~ Hi ~! I'm sorry you're experiencing so much pain. First thing you should do is let your parents know about the pain you're experiencing (if you haven't already). If the pain is bad enough that it's disrupting your sleep, then you probably should see your Doctor.

However, it's probably something as simple as "growing pains" and no growing pains aren't a myth. They really do occur especially at the age you are. So, unless you've had a recent injury that you're aware of, it's probably something as simple as that.

Some ways to help your body relax before you go to bed is taking a nice hot bath, this will help relax you and relax your muscles and should help you sleep. Also, if your family has a "hot water bottle", try going to bed with it and apply it to the area you're experiencing pain. It will help.

I would also talk to your parents about taking Ibuprofen (advil), it can offer relief to the pain (as long as you can tolerate it OK). The important thing is letting your parents know what's going on with you. If you are in this much pain, they need to be aware of it.

I hope you get relief from the pain soon.
