I have pain on the top of my foot and swelling. Could this be a foot fracture?

I have a swollen left foot, and there is pain on the top close to my big toe and the one next to it. its tender and it hurts. what could this be?

What about your foot wear.  Too high of heel could be a cause, Also go aheads (thong sandals) can also be a problem.

Try changing shoes see if that helps.
