I'm doing my uni course in a college and I'm not living that university environment, i've been told that my 3rd year i would do at uni and not in college but i still dont want to spend another year (2nd) studying in that college environment, i'm looking to go to another uni, is it too late? I've applied for the course fees and loan already, so i dont know if is too late to change uni.

  1. You need to apply formally and correctly or risk losing the finance.

Make contact with the office you applied to the loan from and find out what procedures you need to make this change. Don't forget that you will need to secure your place in your university of choice. Failing to do all the proper steps might find you on a years holiday.

  2. If it is a uni course at a college then yes you can change. You ned to 'ask'  your LEA if you can change but that is a formality. What you do need to do is talk to the uni you intend to transfer to and see what their requirements are.
