Yes you can! I have a paypal account (premium) that doesn't even have a CREDIT CARD! You can can buy MP3 Players BUT the only downside... there's a limit. If the MP3 player (for example) is 101 dollars, then you better agree with the seller that you'll pay an advance of 100 dollars.

Why? It's because paypal limits your sending amount without a credit card. That's why if I buy something in Ebay, I ask the seller if I could send him 100 dollars day by day...
