  1. Permanent residency is only meaningful in the country you are resident of i.e. Spain. It is meaningless elsewhere. What is meaning full is your citizenship. Whether you need a visa to enter the UK depends on your citizenship.

  2. NO nayem!

iv told you once but i will not tell you again.......Cago en tu leche

  3. This depends on where you were born or what passport you have, as others have mentioned. My husband was born in Morocco and also had Spanish residence. He still needed to get a visa when he came to the UK.

  4. no you don't need a visa as I am sure you are part of the EU so no visa is needed for a short visit

  5. You need to tell much more about who you are and what is your political status?

  6. Nayem what passport do you have? If it's from another EU country, no you don't need a Visa but you do need a current passport, your Residents cards will not suffice unless it's a Spanish D.N.I.. Enjoy your trip and take a coat!!

  7. I have answered your previous post - but here goes again because someone is giving you incorrect information.

You are a holder of a residents card which means you are not holding a Spanish passport.

This card does not confer any rights in the UK.

If you are a passport holder of one of the countries that require visas to visit the UK then you need a visa.

If you hold a 1951 convention document you need a visa.

If you are a national of an EU/EEA country then you do not need a visa but you must use your national identity card or passport to enter the UK you cannot use your resident card.
