Yes, just tell them you want to switch to only "Dry Loop" DSL, (aslo called "Naked DSL) service.

They may charge you a higher rate for your Dry Loop DSL because it is "unbundled" service.

Yes, there may be a fee if you signed up for a package deal though.  Just find out how much you are spending monthly vs. how much it would cost to cancel.  It may be cheaper to keep it if you only have a few months left on your contract.
