I have pictures. Can you identify these plants for me?

There are at least 2 different plants in each pot as far as I can tell.

In first pic the mottled plant is some Kalanchoe, possibly Kalanchoe daigremontiana

In second picture the plant with several leaflets in one leaf is Schefflera arboricola

Sorry, not native in english, no idea of common names.
