I have pin size red spots on my skin an i have had them for forever an they'er spreading! ?

have had two pin sized dots an it looks like blood under my skin since i can remember but now the i have two more on my face afew on my arms an legs... I have one on knee and i scratched it one day an it bleed all the was down my leg to my foot but the spot where it was bleedin from was the size of a needle prick!

When i get them the never go away !

I heard it may be a sign of liver problems, but do any of you have any ideas what it could be ?
