I have planted a mandevilla and it seems to be dying? I can see no damage except that is is dying away. Help

I just planted it this spring. It's a new flower bed. I try to water every other day. Does it need more than that. Fertilized with miracle grow.

Signs & symptoms? What is happening? What does it look like? What do the leaves look like? How often are you watering? Have you fertilized? How hot is it?

This is a tropical plant from Brazil so it likes lots of water. They like some shade and do well in sandy soil with lots of organic matter.
