Try Potton Homes, they have a fantastic range of designs and timber frame kits. They are very nice to talk to as well!

Also, try getting Build It magazine and Homebuilding and Renovation, they have hundreds of contacts and addresses.

when you have such a big plot and want to construct house for yourself by spending millions, don't go for ready made plans as it depends on space, location, orientation, requirements, habits,environment, economy, ...........etc. look for a good engineer or architect and ask for plans as per your requirements. they will charge little compare to total cost of house but will save a lot and give satisfaction and enjoy for life.
