I have pokemon mystery dungeon 2 ! I want to recruit dialga but labras is gone i am stuck on the phione missio

I am on the Phione mission to cure manaphy but dialgas gone!

Well First Heal Manaphy And Then See If He's Back Also Just So You Know If Ylou Go Back To The Phione Place And Complete It A Phione Will Join Your Team.

At the point in the game where you are right now, it is not possible for you to recruit Dialga.  You are not at the right point in the game to be able to recruit him.

In order to be able to recruit Dialga, you must have:

1. Healed Manaphy's sickness.

2. Solved the puzzle of Aegis Cave.

3. Solve Palkia's issue.

4. Foiled Darkrai's plot.

After you have gone through the game and done those 4 things and you foiled Darkrai's plot, you will gain the ability to go back to the Hidden Land, as well as several other dungeons that you lost access to previous to this point in the game.

This is the correct time to recruit Dialga and this is when you are supposed to recruit him.
