how did you get heatran if you didn't beat the gyms and elite four?

anyway, go to the sunyshore lighthouse and volkner will be there.talk to him, and he will return to the gym.

i also had trouble but you have to go to the lighthouse and go up he will be there talk to him and when your done he will leave then go to the gym and he will be there. also how did you get hetran did you use action replay or did you trade. you have to get national dex to get him at stark mountian.

look around talk to people and Buck,he'll say like Volkner isnt here now come back later then leave and come back,if that doesnt work,check walkthroughs
