I have pokemon sapphire but when i try to catch registeel at his lowest possible life he breaks free everytime

what should i do to catch him. i already tried freezing him but it still didnt work! help!!!

i didnt have a problem with any of the three regi's but latias and latios kept fleeing i followed them for like 3 hours to catch um what i did is used an ultra ball at low health and used the pokemon that has the ability to make it more likely to catch with pokeballs

Try to put him to sleep instead of freezing, the sleep ailment has always worked for me, and make sure your using ultra balls if your not already.

Try putting him asleep and paralyze

Ugh,I had the same prob w/ heatran.

Put it to sleep and keep throwing ultra,great poke balls

until it cooperates.
