I have primary of my daughter, but my ex and I have joint custody, we want her to go to the school system wh?

i have primary of my daughter, but my ex and I have joint custody, we want her to go to the school system where he lives, do I have to give up primary custody to keep her there???

Only the school district can answer this question.  Some schools will let you transport child to and from school or have bus transfers already set up.  You may both have to live in same district to make this work, though.  Check with the Board of Education.
