    Yes it absolutely can! Prinzemetals angina is cardiac chest pain caused by cardiac ischemia due to coronary artery constriction. It is usually treated with sublingual nitroglycerin when it flairs up. The lightheadedness, nausea, and vomiting are all usually a result of the pain that goes along with the angina. REMEMBER, as with all angina, if the pain does not go away after a max of 3 nitroglycerin doses, you NEED TO call 911. As you may be having a heart attack. Good luck!


  2. It is Angina at rest, it is dangerous that above symptoms are associated with it, call 911 or help line if sublingual nitrates don't work.OK.

    Don't wait for the second nitrate pill to help you out.
