Your product key is either illegal or has been used too many times.  Thats why you are getting that message.  Click here to read up on how to remove it: http://benetleong.com/2006/05/18/windows...  They even have a file to automatically do it for you.  Remember to turn off Automatic Updates so you dont get it back
