I have problem with my att yahoo music jukebox.?

it will not play any sounds once i have downloaded the att yahoo music jukebox and i have already had my line tested and they are good it has something to do w/ your program. i have a full strong signal and it will not connect on yalls side at all. the att tech told me it was something to w/ yalls program and that is why im not able to hear any sound.

Sometimes you get a bastardized version of the Yahoo Music Jukebox based upon your ISP (labeled ATT or Verizon).  It is usually very back level.  Check your level.  Click Help on YMJ and then click about Music Jukebox.  The latest Version  is 2.2.1.032.  If yours is not at that level, then uninstall and try downloading at downloads.yahoo.com.  See if you get the above Version.  If not, contact Yahoo! Customer care and request instructions to get that Version.  It does make a difference.  Also your problem may have nothing to do with YMJ level. Make sure you are at Windows Media Player 10 or above. That is a Yahoo! requirement. You can download WMP 11 from Microsoft at:
