I have problem with torrent files

Question

I have been asking myself why are torrent files not the same speed connection I mean some have more Seeds than Peers and the others have more Peers than Seeds the question is Why?is it the limit of Seeds and Peers or is it the someone who create the torrent files he chooses which should be more Seeds or Peers.Please tell me someone than I can understand all about the torrent files

to much to wright here but basically

SEEDS are people who have already down loaded all or some of the files and are shearing it

LEACHES are people downloading from seeds

PEERS are people you are currently down loading from

when downloading a torrent remember always more seeds then leaches so you don't have to share a seed with any one
