I just end up either going on the computer or reading for a long time. I don't usually go to bed until I am falling asleep at the computer or while I'm reading and I HAVE to get enough sleep. In 1-2 weeks, I will have to start getting up at or before 6 am. ---So what I'm asking for is ways to get to bed early and get up early (other that just plain go to bed.) I need a strategy or some sort of help.Thank you SO much!!!
