  1. Go to Lowes or Home Depot... take a piece of it with you and they'll match the drywall thickness and the paint color and tell you how to repair the hole.

It's going to cost you about $25 if you have to buy everything.

  2. they also sell patch kits.  it's a metal mesh that adheers to the wall to cover the hole.  gives the wall puddy something to stick to. then just sand it smoth... you have to be careful not to apply too much puddy though or you'll have an "out-dent" where there was an "in-dent"

  3. when repairing drywall, cut out a large enough piece (bigger than you think) and use a utility knife.  cut it so each side is on the center of the stud underneath.  this way, you can nail or s***w the new piece in place, then tape , spackle, and sand.  it's really not such a big deal but can be messy.  try it - i'm a housewife and i did ok - you'll be fine.

  4. You need to go to your home improvement store and get some drywall tape and drywall putty as well as a tool to smooth it out flat with you want to put the tape just at the edges of the hole and run the putty over that it drys slow so you can remove it and try again till you like the outcome! good luck there are other ways buy that is the easy one

  5. Cover the hole with spackle and spackling tape
