I have purchased my father's vehicle...where do I go to get a title change in TN?

I bougt the car and need to get the title in my name...where do I go?...

Go to any department of motor vehicle office DMV , or Secretary of State office, you can find one close to you.

You go to your DMV, and get the title transfer form, pay the title fee, turn in the old title, and voila!  You have the car titled in your name.  And if you want to DRIVE it, you also need insurance and tags in your name.
