  1. mix some maters in with the ramen

  2. Throw in some green peppers, onions, garlic, etc. and make some Spanish Rice.

    Skip the tomato soup.

    1 1/2 cups rice

    2 1/2 cups vegetable broth

    1 cup plain tomato sauce

    3 cloves finely chopped garlic

    1 medium onion, chopped

    1 green pepper, chopped

    2 tablespoons oil

4 heaping tablespoons of finely chopped parsley (optional)

In a medium sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add in the garlic, onion a pepper. Saute for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add in dry rice and herbs. Stir for about 5 minutes until rice becomes a golden brown color.

Add in broth and tomato sauce (Slowly into rice, not directly onto hot pan!) Add in the parsley if you're using it. Stir it up and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, turn the heat to low and cover. Let it simmer for 20 minutes and fluff with a fork.

  3. sounds like you already know what you are going to eat.

I would either skip out or skimp out on the rice as it is going to be carbo-overload. But trust me whatever you make will be good and tomato-ey.

P.S. Add Oyster crackers if you can.

  4. I'd go to the grocery store and buy some fresh veggies ... It's too hot for soup anyways; and ramen and canned soups aren't very healthy anyways........

  5. Aww it's all so salty... You could do tomato soup with rice in it, or rice and the canned tomatoes, or just ramen with a side of rice.
