Im 17 and a freshman in college. Ive been in my dorm for a week. I am at college early for preseason, and every morning i wake up early and have really bad anxiety. I keep waking up during the night. I cant eat breakfast because i feel so nauseous. I dont know what to do to help it. And on top of that im homesick. Once the day gets started i seem to be okay for the most part, but the mornings are just really bad. Is there anything i can do to help this feeling. I was thinking about taking some herbal remades but i dont want it to make me feel tired because i have 6 hours of practice everyday and i cant be tired for that. Any suggestions you have would be great! thanks!

  1. herbal remedies are excellent, read up on line about which ones could help you, especially the teas. try breathing exercising also found on line. check out allergies from certain foods, also found on line.

  2. First herbal remedies are a joke.  First, you need to have your blood sugar checked.  That is one of the first things that they suspected, when I began having my anxiety and panic attacks.

Next go to the doctor, preferably a psychiatrist, and have him put you on some meds that will help your panic attacks.

If he puts you on a very low dose of a medication like xanax or klonopin, you can take it, and let it build up in your body.  You wont be sleepy that way.

If you need someone to talk to, you can always e-mail me as I know what you are going through.

  3. Drink orange juice in the morning. Drink milk before you go to bed and watch your caffeine intake.
