  1. Get food-grade hydrogen peroxide and follow the directions on the bottle for brushing your teeth with it. (Food-grade hydrogen is not regular hydrogen peroxide and is completely edible, but is very strong and must be diluted.) It kills bacteria, fungus and viruses. So does colloidal silver. They should help bring your gums back to good health in short order.

  2. brush you teeth

  3. you need to go to the dentist for a deep cleaning! then if you smoke quit!  then there is this stuff called wild oregonal oil it is good for gums but when you do use it just one or two drops untl you get used to it. But first go to the dentist and get your gums checked out!

  4. floss daily, brush them gently when you brush your teeth, and use mouthwash. avoid food that gets stuck in your teeth like popcorn and brocoli.

  5. It sounds to me like you suffer from Gingivitis!! or even something similar. There's lots of things you can do;

    Following are some bleeding gums cure home remedies.

    Take some clove oil and rub it on your gums. Or else, keep a clove in your mouth and chew slowly.

    Brush your teeth with toothpaste that contains sage oil, peppermint oil etc.

    In 1 glass of lukewarm water, add a pinch of salt and prepare a homemade saline solution. Using this solution, gargle two times in a day. It will help a great deal in reducing the swelling in your mouth.

    To heal the gum swelling, use an anti bacterial mouth wash.

    Patients suffering from Gingivitis should consume foods containing low saturated fats.

  6. Hello, I am a GP, i specialise in orthodontic surgery. Your gums are the same consistancy as snake skin it is from the same family. They could possibly be very dry, in which case need a lot of fluid. Or maybe they are falling out, in which case need false teeth (:

    Good Luck x

  7. Corsodol. Its brill and use it after brushing your teeth and it will clear it up,

  8. The 2 best nutrients for bad Gums are A) Vitamin C in high doses (1 to Grams a day) and B) Co-Enzyme Q10 100mg to 200mg a day.  I suggest that you take both nutrients.  Forget the RDA for vitamins etc. it is useless and very outdated.  It should not be considered therapeutic   by today's standards.

    You can also rince your mouth with warm salt and water, twice or 3 times a day. ( Mix1 teaspoon of salt in 1 cup of water).  This will reduce some of the inflammation but not totally.  Also be sure to brush and floss like you dentist told you.

  9. Ask your dentist.  You likely need to have your teeth cleaned and then need to floss daily in addition to brushing at least three times a day.

    If you smoke, quit.  Smoking is a common cause of bad gums.
