I have really bad painon the left side of my chest near my heart!!!?

Okay I have had this come and go for a while but sometimes i get a sharp pain near my heart on the left side. It might be gas but i dont know I'm at the beach so I can't go to the doctor right now. I took 2 pepcids a minute ago doesnt seem to be helping. What can I do to make it go away???

try drinking water being at the beach can dehydrate you
