I have really dark ocean blue eyes and reddish brown hair. what colors will bring out my eyes?

eyeshadow with a little shimmer to it will definitely bring out your eyes. like gold eyeshadow with brown eyeliner or a thin line of black eyeliner on the bottom of your eyelid and under your eye with shimmery silver/slate gray eyeshadow. that usually makes any eye color pop. light green eyeshadow works really well also.

As far as eye shadow, coppers/golds will do wonders :)

Aqua, turquoise, lilac.. I think that any shade of blue or purple would look nice, or even yellow or pink, but with some blues or greens in the pattern

gold, browns, and coppers work best on any skintone.  just remember to get the shimmery kind and not the solid toned kind.  and blue eyeliner will bring out your eyes

If your skin doesn't have a pink tone to it try a light pink eyeshadow, if your skin does then try yellow
