  1. i have dancer feet-- i live in flip flops when i'm not dancing, so i totally know where you're coming from.

the VERY BEST lotion that i discovered was Gold Bond ultimate healing skin therapy.  after i shower, i rub this lotion on my cracked heels then sleep with soft cotton socks.  the next morning, my feet are soooo soft!

it's $8 for a huge thing of it from wal-mart.  it's worth every cent to me!  don't waste your money on anything else!

  2. pedicure baby!

  3. what I do it get like a foot file or whatever and rub off all the dry skin, then I use some kinda of cream and rub it all over. Tea tree oil also works really well if you dab some on. Also, if its really bad, spend the money on a pedicure, they fix them all up and make them look nice again.

    Hope that helps!

  4. Use a cheap nail file, lotion udder cream is the best, Try soaking them in hot water then put on udder cream!

  5. you can put Vaseline on then paint them good and put socks on when you go to bed. If you are having really bad bleeding cracks you may need to see a doctor as it could be a form of athletes foot you may need a anti bacterial cream.

  6. There are special oils and lotions for dry feet, use them and use a foot-file to get rid of the unevenness of the cracks. You really have to be really consistent in applying the lotion since you walk on the cracks everyday, so they need the moisture. That should be it really.

  7. Switch to a moisturizing body wash, use a moisturizing lotion 1-2 times a day (I recommend Nivea), and use a pumice stone on them every time you shower (just don't go overkill the first time and scrub too hard...you don't want sore feet so take it slowly)! I guarentee this will work! ^_^ Trust me, I'm a random online stranger with nice feet! :P

  8. ummmm. use some lotion or baby oil maybe?

  9. Carefully cut away (I use clippers) any dead skin that is obvious,  then sand with course nail file and  then use a "Crack skin Cream" regularly.  You might even put the skin cream on at night after you get in bed and put some cotton socks on.

  10. You should rub allot of lotion on your feet. There is a product made for dry, cracked skin called "RUB IT!" it works nice, but it smells like potato chips..heh..  You can probably get it at Wal-Mart or any local store, like the drugstore ... Hope that helped.

  11. after you get out of the shower, put some good lotion on your feet - nothing with alcohol, nothing scented, Vaseline brand is good - and put socks on so you don't get it on your rug and so it stays on your feet.

also, every chance you get, don't wear shoes or socks like around the house and in your yard.

if they itch and/or burn, your might have athlete's foot and there's powders and creams for that.

  12. Vaseline and socks over night, soak your feet with hot water for about 20 minutes a few times a week  and always put lotion on your feet.

  13. I had much success with a thick consistency cream I got at Walgreens.  It is their generic/pharmaceutical version of Eucerin.  It is in a white large jar with a blue top.  It is made by Walgreens and the label says Therapeutic Moisuturizing Cream for Dry Skin.  It cost around $7 but the stuff will last you for months!  It's also great on your elbows too!

  14. Just use this, there is nothing better..

  15. There is this thing called a ped egg. It works really great on dry feet. Also consider an intensive care lotion. I have dry skin in general and I use suave natural oatmeal. Works wonders!

  16. palmer coco butter

  17. http://www.uddercream.com/products.html

This is the best. Cancer patients use it when they take chemo that dries their feet and hands.

  18. You should get paraffin wax treatments on your feet.
