  1. Do alot of repitions of bicep curls with low weight, it will build lean muscle, and burn existing fat. If you don't have weights, than eat less calories and use your arms as much as possible.


  2. Lift weights to tone your muscle. Depending on what you want - lift short repetitions of heavy weights for more muscle, lift lots of repetitions of lighter weights for more compact, tone muscle.

    Also, eat less calories, assuming you mean flabby as in fat, then cutting calories will help. If it's flabby as in just loose, then lifting weights, especially light weights with heavy repetition will help.

  3. Lift weights for about 30 minutes every day, thats what mom did and it worked well.
