  1. I got a bad perm once that literally fried my hair and it was breaking off really bad.  The salon I went to for help had me start doing hot oil treatments to repair some of the damage, and it worked really well.

You can do the hot oil treatments at home, there are some pretty good products that you can buy.  That will let you repair while it's growing out for a few weeks and then you can get a trim to clean it up.

  2. I would go to a salon and get a conditioning treatment. I have done it before and it makes my hair feel and look healthier. Best Wishes!

  3. get professional hydrating shampoo like

  4. it's simple, w/e your doing that's damaging it, stop doing it. My hair got SUPER damaged last year from me straightening it everyday (I have curly hair) so this summer i just found a good mouse to put in it when it was wet, and didn't straighten it for the whole summer. now its beautiful and healthy and i have no split-ends! But if you have to keep doing it, at least find a product that will protect your hair while doing w/e your doing :]
