They made my gums bleed so I just started brushing in the mornig n and night longer than I usually do and started using listerine mouth wash you use before you brush and then some after mouth wash. It's improved with in 3 days!!!

they do work!!!  i used crest whitestrips premium and my teeth got REALLY white. the problem was that my teeth are really sensitive so they sometimes they hurt after i used the strips.  I switched to CREST WHITESTRIPS DAILY WHITENING + TARTER PROTECTION and that was perfect for me! you only wear them for 5 minutes a day so your teeth get whitened and dont hurt at all!

I would recommend you try a whitting tooth paste first. Such as those containing baking soda and peroxide. Also, if you do, it would be a good idea to cutback any coffee, tea, sodas or smoking. These can all cause yellowing of the teeth.

Also certain drugs like tetracycline, can cause yellowing or spotting of teeth in young people if they or their mothers(prior to birth or breast feeding) use it.

they do work, but it was hard for me to keep it up using them because they always bothered my gums. but a friend of mine uses them and her teeth are so white now that it almost looks unnatural. if you don't have any l**k with them for some reason then you could try that laser treatment, i heard that works too but have never tried it.

I USE CLASSIC JUST BC PREMIUM IS SO EXPENSIVE BUT I WANNA TRY IT SOON.
