I have downloaded flashplayer now, but realplayer still does not work. When I try to open a realplayer file, it continues to ask me to download flashplayer, which is already installed. What to do?

You an many many others have the same problem.

You can install new version only after you uninstall old version.

That should normally be no problem. But uninstalling Flash player is a problem.
