  1. The answer really depends on your life style.

11,250 Riyals with 33,750 housing and 1125 is a decent salary. Most people earn 8000 to 10,000 and live sufficient lives.

For a family of 3 you can definitely live a decent life in Saudi with that salary.

A 3 bedroom house may cost you up to 30,000 Riyals if you get an older building, or a 2 bedroom house in a newer building.

You can buy a new car on payments for 900 to 1000 Riyals a month so that settles transport, or you can buy a used car from a dealer cheaper. Depending on what car you like to own.

Then other expenses might get you at about 4000 a month or so. So you pocket roughly 6000 a month depending on your lifestyle really.

11,250 is really a decent salary in Saudi Arabia.

  2. well you didn't say from where you are and what is your job hope you will add that soon

anyway that salary is really nice and its enough for a small family i mean you, your wife and 3 kids

the yearly accommodation you mention is really great and enough for a big family

  3. A total package of around SR.15200/month is enough for a medium  living in saudi arabia.

    With around 30K u can get a 2-bed app in a good area, and a 3-bed for around 35K.

I`d say grocery won`t cost more than 3K per month.

Talking about transportations, u can purchase a new toyota/nissan spending reasonable monthly installments of SR.700-1000 after spending 3 months in the country.

The only thing u`ll have to seriously consider is school expense, since one kid will require around 10K per year.

  4. On the expense, I'd go with Oh-LaLa... + medical insurance, say SR 500/m. However, environment socks..., and driving is always dangerous, not to mention religious police... By the way, woman still cannot drive. I'd rather work in UAE.

  5. I can sasy it's a good offer:

Accomodation i suggest to get a new 2 bed room flat, this will cost u 20,000 to 25,000 SR/Year.

Living cost: it depends on your life style, if u r moderate, u will spend 4000SR/month for groceries, dining out, service bills and other daily living expensis.

Transportation: with this allowance u can rent a small car in the first period, and after settling down buy a new one it will be much better for u "fuel here is cheaper than water" and dont depend on taxi's and avoid 2nd hand cars.

if your son in the school you should include that in ur budget, it varies from one school to another. hope my answer is helpful.good luck

  6. its a very good offer....your housing accommodation's amount is very high coz you could only rent a decent house less than that amount and you can buy a new car with montly installment less than that of your transportation allowance......that's cool man, grab it!.....this is a tax free country so enjoy the decent life and your good money......
