  1. Most of unsolicited letter/emails like these are fake. Their content looks fake too, how would a Doctor be a registered recruiting officer at Virgin? A good way to verify it is just call them up and ask specific questions "what's the real duty of the job?" ,  "what's the salary range?", etc. If they're fake you can easily tell.


  2. I would say it is fake.

    It has the rigid language of non native english speakers, is asking for personal documents, and does not say where they got your information from. It does not give any information about the company or position.

    It looks like those emails you get all the time saying you have been given lots of money, but you have to give them information.
