  1. Forget it its just a scam. i have fallen foul of this type of email. why are they asking you to keep it secret. so they can catch other gullible people. if it sounds too good to be true it is. once you send all the details they require they will eventually ask you to send money for the release of the prize winnings and hey presto thats the last you will hear it is they who wil make loads of money not you. Sorry to disappoint you but think about it how can you win a lottery prize you have not entered. once you respond to one of these scams you will get more of the same. spam it and spam it now.

  2. spam, scam 101 should be adopted buy someone outthere to provide protection for the innocense!

youngster geeks, here is a winning idea for you...ASAP

  3. What ever you do don't give out your social security number or credit card number.

I would call over the phone first and get as much information as possible, and then report them to the police for internet fraud. If they aren't con artists you can collect your money!

  4. Sorry friend but there is no Microsoft, Yahoo or other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. The following sites give more information

    http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/nigeri...

    http://www.thescambaiter.com/forum/showt...

    http://www.hoax-slayer.com/email-lottery...

.Also If you go to the following site you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful

  5. i can't tell, iwouldn't do it if you have to pay a price to get the winings, thats how you usually can see a scam coming is when there are upfront costs or procedures to getting prize for example, getting a free computer from a rewards program is a scam becuase you have to get memberships and high interest credit cards. i wouldn't giv away your social security or anything important like that most definatly.

  6. no its real get yo money

  7. Do not open it or send any details. If it came thru yahoo report it as spam as soon as possible

  8. No.

  9. If you didn't sign up for anything, I would try to figure out what is going on.  There are all kinds of scams out there for sure.  I got a check once for 35K.  At first I was stoked and then realized that I don't know anyone in Maine that would send me that kind of money.  I called the bank and they said that the account was legit but I ended up tossing it because I knew that it wasn't actually intended to go to me.  I never really found out what the deal was but it seemed as if that 35 grand could've earned me about 5 years behind bars for larceny or something like that.  I could've used that money for sure but I will just be broke and not locked up.

  10. I've recieved similar messages in the past. I never responded to any. So I guess I would have to say I don't know, keep us posted on what happens.

  11. I think you already know you haven't won anything.

  12. Your safest bet is to not answer it.  They will want all your other information, and then somehow scam you.  Ask YAHOO if they really sent any email like that.

  13. Ok my friend put it like this, if whoever ask u to pay some amount of money as processing fee or whatever reason before u can claim the cash prize you won. Then u jz ignore, forget and delete that email. Good luck.

  14. if you didnt enter for anything they are just trying to get you on a contract or somethin so they can scab money from you

  15. This is a SCAM. The below links confirm various email scams hitting the internet. There is also an online form for the reporting of such. - (with links for your own country.) This site also gives excellent advice on what steps you can take to achieve a spam free inbox :

    http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/or...

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Please remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

  16. Fake as can be.

  17. if I collected all the money that I have supposedly one I would not be on a puter  I would be on a worldwide cruise with all my friends and family and I would foot the bill BUT as they are all scams all I can o is dream
