I have received offer,appointment letter from HESS corporation LLC,London.?

i am in confusion,either this package is real or its lie.because managerial level they r getting 5000GBP in UK.BUT THEY OFFERED IS 12000gbp.first investment for VISA,WORK PERMIT and travel expenses are who has to take care.what about security first in that company.so please clear this idea otherwise help me to go for further process.
