I have recently bought a Voodoo Knife Block - does anyone know if you can remove the plastic protectors at the back and it will still function properly?

    If you have children around this is probably a bad idea but if you take the plastic knife covers off the back of the man (easily done) the knives actually look like there going through him and it adds to the effect. It looks fantastic!
