I have recently confronted this young lady that has constantly been calling my phone. Because I went to her ?

job and asked her to stop calling my phone and harassing me she called the police. I am not sure how the young lady got my phone number and I assume my children's father gave the young lady my number which he recently had a baby with 5 months after I had my last baby. The young lady called me off her job phone before and called me off her house phone and since then she has been calling private. When i questioned her at her job she called the police and I left because the situation had got out of hand when she decided to call the police and told them that I refused to leave the property. By word of mouth I heard that she got a arrest warrant signed and told them that I have been constantly coming to her job, and I have been calling and harassing her.What should I do in this case my cellphone company wants me to get a court order to obtain my phone records and I want to file a report from the first time she began calling my phone. I have not received a visit from a officer or received any papers how should i handle this situation.

.... ignore her totally, do not answer her calls or put some answering machine to record her call to give it to police as evidence of harassment.

Get a good lawyer and make a police report and start printing out all the phone records that u have to prove she has been the one harrassing you.
