abilityinstead of putting 11 thousand dollars i got a year i put a hundred twelve dollars they said i did not have enough earned income credit to get the refund should i fill out another paper ? and what form do i use?

  1. Photocopy your SSA-1099 showing your benefits.

    Get a copy of the 1040X.

    Write stimulus at the top,

    do your name, etc, but skip all numbered lines.

    Go to the explanation section and type "please calculate my rebate, my ssa benefits were $$$."  Mail it in with the copy from SSA.

    This may or may not work.


  2. file an amended return with the irs. you can get the form on line at www.irs.gov

  3. If all of your income is SSI income, then you do not qualify for the rebate.
