I have recently purchased my first MP3 a Samsung YP-U3 and am having trouble installing music to it. I have tried to follow the directions, such as they are, to no avail. Even a friend who has years of experience with PCs cannot fathom it out. The MP3 itself keeps showing 'disconnected'and the MP3 image on the proframme is never highlighted.Could it be a duff one?
